We do not like to sell dogs sight unseen. If you are unable to come to us, we will bring your prospective dog or puppy to you. Before you meet your dog, we will consult with you about his/her personality and temperament, and we will provide videos of the dog’s abilities and social behavior before you decide if this specific dog may be a fit for your lifestyle.

The delivery fee consists of a round-trip plane ticket for the handler and the cost of the hotel room. If the dog is not a service dog prospect, we can drive to you with the dog. The service charge is the hotel room and a day fee that covers the cost of gas and time. The handler will stay 2-5 days and will help introduce the pup to his/her new home and offer training for the new team.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you feel that the pup or young trained adult is not a fit for you, the handler will return home with the pup or dog, and your purchase price will be refunded. Please note that we do not refund the price of travel. We believe that a happy owner leads to a happy pup, and we strive to serve you both well.
